To deposit, log in and go to **Transactions > Deposit Funds**. The minimum deposit is **$10**. All deposits are in Canadian dollars.

The app lists the deposit methods available to you. They include:

- **Interac e-Transfer.** Depending on the option you choose, either your bank asks you to approve a request from STX, or the app shows you the details to send an e-Transfer from your own online banking: the recipient name (STX), the recipient email, the amount and a **payment reference**. Enter all four exactly as shown. The reference links the payment to your account and expires after two hours, so send the e-Transfer before then.
- **Credit card.**
- **Wire transfer.** The app shows the banking details and a reference to include with the wire.

STX does not accept PayPal or cryptocurrency.

## My deposit hasn't arrived

- **Interac e-Transfer:** check that the e-Transfer left your bank and that you used the exact reference shown in the app. A payment sent after the reference expired, or without it, cannot be matched to your account automatically.
- **Wire transfer:** wires can take longer to arrive, depending on your bank.

- **I forgot the reference, or used an old one:** [contact us](https://help.sportsxapp.com/ca/contact/) with the amount, the date, the name and email the e-Transfer was sent from, and the reference the app showed. We match it by hand.
- **My bank returned or declined the e-Transfer, or the app says the deposit failed:** ask your bank why it was returned. Some banks limit e-Transfers to gaming sites or by amount per day. You can also try another method, such as a wire transfer.

If the money has left your bank and is not in your STX balance, [contact us](https://help.sportsxapp.com/ca/contact/) with the amount, the date, the method and the reference.

## Can a deposit be reversed?

If your bank reverses or rejects a deposit after it reaches your account (for example a charge-back or insufficient funds), that amount is removed from your account balance.
