# Promotions and referral codes

> How STX promotions work, and what to do if you forgot to enter a referral code when you signed up.

## Is there a welcome offer?

STX does not have a standing welcome offer. We run promotions from time to time, each with its own terms, and announce them by email and in the app. A promotion applies only while it runs and only if you meet its terms.

## I forgot to enter a referral code

Enter a referral or promo code when you register. If you meant to use one and missed it, [contact us](https://help.sportsxapp.com/ca/contact/) from the email address on your account with the code, and we will check whether it can still be applied.

## I don't see a promotion credit

Promotion credits are added after the promotion's terms are met, which can be after the promotion ends. If you think you qualified and you have not received a credit, [contact us](https://help.sportsxapp.com/ca/contact/) with the name of the promotion.
