Our support team answers every request by email. Include the email address on your STX account so we can find it quickly, and never send your password.

- **Support ticket:** [open a ticket](https://support.stxapp.io/portal/en/newticket) and choose **STX Ontario**.
- **Live chat:** in the app or on the website. If no one is available when you write, your chat is saved as a support request and we reply by email, so you can close the chat and watch your inbox.
