# Changing your details

> How to update your name, address, email or phone number on your STX account.

Your account details must match your identification and stay current.

- **Password:** tap **Forgot Password** on the login screen and follow the link we email you.
- **Name, address, date of birth, email or phone number:** [contact us](https://help.sportsxapp.com/ca/contact/) from the email address on your account and tell us what has changed. Because these details are part of your identity verification, we may ask for a document that shows the new details, such as a government-issued ID or a recent bill for a new address.

Never send your password to support. STX staff will never ask for it.
